Digital Commons:

Your hub for research and collaboration

As the Coalition’s digital platform, the “Commons” is a virtual, industry-connected ecosystem that brings together companies, researchers, government, educators, students, and technology providers to collaboratively develop research concepts, share expertise, aggregate funding, and drive applied innovation around real industry needs.

Membership tier determines the level of access, with advanced collaboration tools and exclusive capabilities available to steering and foundational members. Across the community, the Commons provides different ways for participants to advance interdisciplinary problem-solving, pilot projects, workforce development, and research commercialization.

How users benefit from the digital commons

  • Members can create profiles that highlight their expertise, experience, and capabilities, making it easier to find potential collaborators and build connections across the community.
  • Faculty and students can build profiles to showcase their individual expertise and connect with companies seeking specific research capabilities.
  •  Companies can use this robust network to quickly identify experts, define projects around immediate industry needs, and bring together funding and partners to move that work forward.
  •  Associations can create communities that connect members around shared research priorities and industry advocacy.
